community manager for online quilt membership
Membership Community Manager needed.
I’m looking for someone to help with onboarding, managing memberships and customer service inside my membership for quilters. Part of the tasks would be managing the membership list- updating new and cancellations, community activity, partial onboarding, support tickets. This could be added on with growth and need within the membership.
My membership uses wordpress with the community on invision community (used to be ipboard). some experience in that is a plus, but not required.
Approx 2 hours per day or less.
