Kansas City Regional Quilt Festival Offers Unique Sponsorship for the 2027 event
Kansas City Regional Quilt Festival – 2027 is seeking Sponsors and Vendors. The festival will be held June 16-19, 2027 at the Overland Park Convention Center. Sponsorships are designed as true partnerships—blending funding, visibility, storytelling, and community engagement to benefit both the Festival and our sponsor companies.
The Kansas City Regional Quilt Festival (KCRQF) is a nationally renowned Quilt Festival drawing 9.5K stitchers from the local region, surrounding states and across the country in 2025. KCRQF offers an exceptional lineup of quilt classes and lectures presented by an esteemed faculty. It highlights a Judged Quilt Competition, offering prizes and recognition for both Master & Artesian quilters. Alongside these are a quilt display curated by our participating local quilt guilds. Generation Stitch, a youth experience, gives the future quilters the opportunity to enter their quilts and be part of the community. And the Vendor Marketplace is the perfect place to find the newest and best notions, fabrics and machines for the stitchers.
