Virtual Assistant Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and issues through email, social channels
  • Provide information about the products and services through email and social media channels
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product and order issues , place orders with vendors when needed
  • Manage Instagram  (post minimum 3x week) and Pinterest (min 5 pins/week)
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Track inbound inventory and outbound customer orders to look for issues
  • Update various systems and spreadsheets with status, tracking numbers, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience and interest in sewing/quilting helpful (as a hobby)
  • Computer proficiency (Excel, Gmail, Social Media, Trello)
  • Experience with social media management
  • Detail oriented, good follow through, organized
  • Previous experience in customer service or marketing
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Approx 25 hours/week remote and flexible work. Must provide own computer and internet.
