Product Manager (Mid-Level) Position Outline:

Type: 1099 with potential to move to W2 after 1 year, full-time with flexible hours

Location: Remote, with travel twice per year for events or special meetings

Hours: full time

Compensation: $80k – $115k annually, depending on experience

Role Outline:
The Product Manager (PM) focuses on and manages the functions of gosadi development and deployment. The PM assists in the management of the product road map for the MVP development stage. The PM works closely with marketing to develop user stories and process feedback from user groups. The PM works in close collaboration with other departments (marketing & tech) and reports directly to the CTO & CEO and contributes to strategic decision-making for ensuring that the product has the highest functionality for launch and after launch.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Create & Manage user stories & product docs and doc library

Gathering user requirements

Writing functional specifications of new features and enhancements

Designing user experience flows
-
Managing product roadmap, releases, and product deliveries to Alpha, Beta, and General Availability users

Managing issues and ensuring quality
-
Analyzing, prioritizing, and reviewing work done
-
Collaborating with users, stakeholders, partners, and internal teams
-
Support website content management
-
Become a product expert and be enthusiastic about the platform we’re building

Communicate consistent updates with the internal Marketing & Influencer Management team to communicate feature updates to the gosadi community

Managing release surveys and user feedback (Alpha, Beta, and General)

Review submitted & posted User content

Keep team informed on hurdles or red flags throughout the build and problem-solve to create solutions

Liaising with the Technology & Marketing teams
Who You Are:
The ideal candidate has a strong track record of success through self-driven learning and a desire to be curious while keeping up with the latest industry trends. No college degree required.
The position demands a mix of management and technical skills to work with stakeholders to achieve MVP objectives.
