Position Overview: As a Social Media/Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing and managing our social media strategy across platforms like Facebook and Instagram. You will help drive engagement, foster community, and grow our customer base through creative and effective campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage social media strategy and campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Post daily content and engage with followers by responding to comments and questions.
- Provide consultation on the success or failure of specific campaigns, including recommendations for retargeting and optimization.
- Assist with video editing and creation of reels to enhance our brand’s presence (potential, as needed).
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of the quilting/sewing industry is strongly preferred.
- Extreme attention to detail with a strong sense of brand aesthetics.
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and how to leverage them to grow a customer base.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content that resonates with our audience.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting deadlines.
