Creating invoices would do the trick. I’m not familiar with GoDaddy Bookkeeping, but surely there’s an invoicing option. I use Wave for my accounting (waveapps.com). It’s free and it’s pretty great.

If this video is long-form training that closely accompanies the in-person workshop, I can appreciate your student’s opinion, since he/she is invested by purchasing the class. I’ll pipe in here with another recommendation to use a payroll processing company. They handle all of the important tax stuff that I just don’t want to get wrong. And they can be reasonably priced!
