Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Outside Sales Representative with a passion for business-to-business (B2B) sales and the ability to engage and onboard key influencers. This individual will be responsible for building and growing a book of business with existing clients and aggressively pursuing new accounts. The role is critical to Cutterpillar’s growth as we continue to capture the quilting and crafting market with our industry-leading products.
Responsibilities
– Develop and manage relationships with current B2B clients, ensuring satisfaction and uncovering new opportunities.
– Identify and pursue net new accounts, expanding Cutterpillar’s reach and presence in the industry.
– Build partnerships with influencers to strengthen brand visibility and credibility.
– Create and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
– Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent client experiences and stay up-to-date on product developments.
– Attend industry trade shows, events, and other networking opportunities to connect with potential clients and influencers.
Qualifications
– Proven experience in outside B2B sales, preferably in a related industry.
– Strong understanding of influencer marketing and experience onboarding influencers.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
– Ability to travel as needed.
