About the presenter:
Dawn Jackman Murphy works with folk schools across Canada and the United States through the Folk School Alliance. In the last two to three decades, an increasing number of folk schools have been founded and Dawn works to support their growth and impact in communities. Dawn became aware of folk schools through her craft practice and educator. Dawn’s alter ego is TheYarnLover, a spinner, knitter, crocheter, cranker, and all-around craft enthusiast.
