As a passionate supporter of the fiber arts, I am fortunate to be able to build an equally passionate team of experienced and highly skilled instructors. Together, we are committed to nurturing a new generation of makers. Need knitting or crochet help? We’re on it!

Our mission is simple: To support fiber art crafters at all levels in their journey and provide an inclusive, kind and vibrant community in which to do so. We love to connect around our “virtual knitting table” and answer questions by email, voice and video chat.

In our B-to-C model, we deliver on-demand knitting and crochet support services via our Help Line in Slack. KnitChats members enjoy quick response times to their specific knitting and crochet questions, from pattern help to knitting techniques. Slack has enabled us to effectively manage our community-based service platform at this stage of our growth.

Our mission to serve the fiber community at large has transitioned well to an outsourcing model serving the trade. The qualified and vetted KnitChats team of teachers can easily integrate into any online education and retail organization to provide knitting and crochet “tech support” for your fiber customers. We take on the help desk for general knitting and crochet support, so internal resources may be more efficiently deployed.

In addition to customer support, our team has a full slate of live, virtual knitting classes ready to deliver to local yarn shops and online retailers. Beyond the fiber crafting industry, we are available to support Health and Wellness programs for private businesses.
