Bio

I’ve been a professional designer for over 35 years and a lifelong creator. With hundreds of tear sheets and magazine designs, I’ve has also appeared on television and have authored numerous craft books.

I earned my stripes in the craft industry and am known as one of the “seasoned professionals”. Many of my designs have been featured in online magazines, websites, advertising, and at multiple trade shows across the country. I follow worldwide trend reports to introduce new products for the craft, home décor, fashion and quilt industries.

I have experience at the retail, wholesale, manufacturing and importing levels. My accomplishments include designing product catalogs, patterns for marketing, product packaging and kits for many manufacturers.

I have an engaging personality that exudes my enthusiasm about product. I love teaching and demonstrating how to use products. My husband Jaime and I have 6 grown children and 9 grandchildren. My passion for product and design is only surpassed by my faith, family, friends, pets and her home state of Iowa.
