Virtual Knitting Extravaganza Rises Up in the Wake of Vogue Knitting LIVE Cancellation
When Vogue Knitting LIVE in Seattle was canceled due to Coronavirus, sisters Alison Yates and Andrea Cull, founders of Knitrino, held what they dubbed the Virtual Knitting Extravaganza, which included livestreamed courses, lectures, and gatherings, along with a virtual marketplace that linked vendors’ online shops.
Vogue Knitting Live took place in Chicago March 9-11. This nationally known knitting show is a place to shop for yarn and yarn-related products, learn new skills, and meet up with friends. Susie Dippel was there and she brings us this report.
